V1Driver is a powerful addition to your Radar Detector that enhances your driving experience with intelligent features.

All users of V1Driver must have one of the following radar detectors:

• Valentine One Gen 2
• Valentine One Gen 1 (BLE Dongle Only)
• Uniden R8, R4 (R9 coming soon)
• Radenso DS1

V1Driver offers three forms of automatic muting, all selectable by Band:

1. By Speed (Savvy Emulation): The radar detector will remain muted if you are under the specified speed.
2. By Time: The radar detector will automatically mute or snooze after a specified time. AutoSnooze is designed to detect blind spot monitor falses.
3. By GPS Location: V1Driver utilizes long term tracking to monitor hits of the same frequency in the same location over several days before considering it for lockout. If a signal later disappears, it will remove the lockout.

V1Driver takes the well-known V1 "Arrows" to new heights by displaying bogeys on a two-dimensional map. This allows for more precise tracking of their relative positions before waiting for the arrows to change direction.

The app also offers extensive audible options, including Text-To-Speech of Band and Frequency. Audio can be played through Hands Free Protocol, enabling phone call audio integration in your car or motorcycle.

This app is compatible with all iPhones and iPads that support iOS 12.0 or later with GPS capabilities. It works in any orientation and does not require an active cellular connection for day-to-day operation. However, a data connection is required for viewing the map or backing up to iCloud.

Please note that iPads without cellular chips do not have GPS and are not compatible with V1Driver.

V1Driver seamlessly connects to the radar detector in the background and does not use GPS for this feature. It consumes minimal battery and can be disabled if desired.

While V1Driver cannot guarantee that undesired signals will never be locked out, it is designed to clean itself up over time if it does happen.
